AND NOW, it is hereby
ORDERED that Superior Court Rule 400.10 (a) is hereby amended as follows:
(1) In subsection (a), in the first line, delete "results in the opening of a civil
case" and insert in lieu thereof, "results in the opening of a civil miscellaneous case";
(2) In subsection (a), insert the following language at the end thereof:
"Petitions for expungement shall be captioned as follows: IN RE
PETITION FOR EXPUNGEMENT OF CRIMINAL RECORDS
CONCERNING (insert petitioner's name)."
