Lawyer Horan
who acted

attorney
for Lopez and Soto during their trial

murder last November,
has
just received
-a cable that the judgment of the
District
Court
of
St.
Thomas
which
sentenced
the former to death and the latter
to six
years imprisonment,
has
been
reversed
by
the
U.
S.
Circuit
Court
of appeals
for
the
Third
Circuit
in
Philadelphia.
He
expects
that
a
new
trial has
been
granted.
