Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the designation of

Plot No. 1068 Estate Williams Delight, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 
4 
0.308 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on Survey Drawing No. 4096, from R-2 (Residential-
5 
Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
