Sollega Racking will be used. This racking is UV rated nylon with stainless fasteners. All accessories are included to provide a code compliant grid-tied solar photovoltaic system. The necessary engineering to provide compliance with the current wind load code for the above address, construction drawings, permit preparation, labor and all equipment and related hardware shall be included as a contract deliverable. The proposed module layout is shown at the bottom of this contract log with table showing expected energy production, tax benefits, payback, and IRR. Additionally, your system will include Two SolArk hybrid inverters, capable of providing backup and generator integration. Paired with Four 60 KWh SolArk BESS, for a total of 240 KWh battery system. This battery backup and storage system will also be connected to your Maxeon solar panels which will provide power to recharge your BESS, even if the grid is down and will use the generator as a secondary charging source. Exemptions 1. Engineering requirements other than the installation of the solar PV system and its directly associated hardware is not included. 2. Designs/engineering to modify other systems or structures is additional. 3. Customer-requested conduit placement might be extra, if greater than the shortest straight run. 4. Modifications to the electrical service entrance and the existing primary power panel other than what is shown on the engineered plans. 5. Cost of permit: This proposal does not include the actual cost of required permits, if any. The actual costs for permits will be passed on to the client in a specific billing without adder or overheads. 6. Building Department Fees are not included. Materials and labor to install the system as described above at the subject location including solar panels and electrical equipment is also included. Homeowner system operational overview offered at completion. Maxeon Module Information Maxeon solar panels are the most powerful solar panels on the planet. These panels work very well in high heat environments. The solar panel efficiency is rated at 22+%, which is 30 % more than most other panels on the market. The Maxeon system offers the industry's best overall system warranty. Maxeon warranties its modules for 40 years for both power production and product failure. Over time, modules will not degrade as much as other brands and they guarantee that they will retain at least 92% of the rated wattage for 25 years. In the unlikely event any issues do come up, Maxeon covers the replacement. SolArk Information Each SolArk hybrid inverter can deliver up to 60 KW of continuous power. Each hybrid inverter will be paired with 120 KWh of battery storage capacity, making the system total 240 kWh of storage. Warranties Maxeon M-Series solar modules come with a 40-year product warranty and a 40-year power production warranty. The SolArk system hardware has a 10-year warranty, with an optional 5-year extended warranty. VOLT Energy warrants this installation against defects in VOLT workmanship for 1 year from the original date of installation. After Year one Service Agreements at discounted rates are available. Price & Terms 1. The project described above will be executed for a total of $568,314.00. 2. A down payment of 35% of the project price is required upon acceptance of the contract, allowing us to immediately begin detailed design, engineering and permitting work. 3. Payment of 45% of the project price+ permit fees is required upon permit approval. 4. A final payment of20% of project price+/- approved project extras is required upon functional demonstration of the system, completion of associated inspections, and the permit is closed. 5. After three business days from the contract date, a 10% cancellation fee of the total project price will apply if the project is cancelled after payment of deposit but before any installation work is started. If the project is cancelled after installation work has started, the cancellation fee will include 10% of the total project price, plus the price of all labor expended until the time of cancellation, plus the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of all equipment that remains installed after cancellation. Validity This proposal will remain open for acceptance by the client for 15 days inclusive after which it will expire. Solar Energy Systems Sales and Use Tax Exemption The undersigned hereby certifies that all equipment and requisite hardware purchased or leased on the attached order is purchased or leased for use exclusively in a solar energy system.
