ERRATA ORDER  
THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte to correct an error in this Court’s 
September 22, 2016 Judgment. It is hereby 
ORDERED that the September 22, 2016 Judgment is hereby AMENDED as follows: on 
page 2, after the third line, which states “AFFIRMED; and it is further” the following sentence 
shall be added “ORDERED that the Superior Court’s December 15, 2015 nunc pro tunc order 
granting partial summary judgment is AFFIRMED; and it is further”.  It is further 
ORDERED that copies be directed to the appropriate parties.
