$2,000,000 to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund in fiscal year October 1, 2024 through

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, sections 
2 
3057a and 3087, the sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury 
3 
of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund and the 
4 
sum of $2,000,00 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of 
5 
the Virgin Islands to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund in the fiscal year October 1, 2024

through September 30, 2025.
