2007. This Court affirmed the judgment of the Superior Court in this matter by Memorandum

Opinion dated October 18, 2007. The Virgin Islands Supreme Court Rules provide that “if a



judgment is affirmed, reasonable costs shall be taxed against the appellant...” V.1S.CT. R. 30(a)
