Action Taken by UVI Board of Trustees



The Board of Trustees, at its meeting of Saturday, June 13, 2009, unanimously authorized and directed

the administration and Legal Counsel to suspend any further opposition to the organization of

the faculty ( AAUP) and also authorized legal counsel to proceed with the unit clarification.
