PUBLIC NOTICE 
 
 
The Department of Planning and Natural Resources announces that 
pursuant to Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations, Title 12, Chapter 21, 
Section 904-3 meetings of the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands 
Coastal Zone Management Commission, have been scheduled to 
begin on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. This meeting will be held 
via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams 
 
Items on the agenda include an application for Major Coastal Zone 
Management No. CZX-3-20(L&W)-Modification, that was submitted 
by the Virgin Islands Port Authority. The proposed modification 
includes the construction of a one story, poured concrete 
administrative building to include cistern and ADA accessible ramp.  
The project is located on Plot No. 8 Estate Hope- 2 Limetree Bay, St. 
Croix, Virgin Islands 00820.
