the following assessment is made to Vitelcom Cellular, Inc, d/b/a/ Viya:

Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are

maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public

Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
