Dear Ms. Kwan:
When you and I spoke last week in St. Thomas at the PRP
meeting, I had asked you for more detailed information concerning
the November 1994 sampling for VOCs and BTEX at the former Laga
facility as well as the results of the surface and subsurface
examination by FPA of the interior of the former Laga building on
Tuesday, April 18 and 19, 1995 and, perhaps, other dates.
You were kind enough to offer to send me the above materials as
soon as they were available.
We are in the process of completing our response to the RI and
FS with the assistance of Arthur D. Little. 
The EPA generated
sampling results and surface and subsurface investigations are
needed in order for us and our consultants to prepare a complete
response to the RI and FS.
