to supply the members

the Planters
Asscociation,
with all the laborers they require and when

of the island

employed directly by the Planters
Association,
The Labor Union will furn:sh

with signs entitling them
to work with thei:
own members.
The Labor Union does
not object
to the cane loading at Wheel of Fortune
and
the
iri'igation
gang
at La Grange
being made
up from non-Union
members
from
this
island.
11.
This Agreement
Enters
into force
w7hen
the crop begins
by the first
of
the
three
factories.

Is binding for both parties
until October
the Ist

the time this agreement
remains
in foree
no strie
o: lock-out shall be decl:.red,
and
no group of laborers
shall
cease
work in their
own accord
because
of any giievance,
but slhall report
to the employer and
to the Labor Union, and remain
at
work
as
usual.

When A Dispute
arises
between
a laborer and
an employer
a4 complaint
shall
be
made
to the Labor Union and reconciliation
be
tried
jefore notice
for discharge.
The Laboror
may
be suspended
from work until the matter
has been
discussed.
13.
