Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 7 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, subchapter I, section 2,

subsection (e) is amended by inserting “that has or could have the potential for $5,000 or 
3 
more in sales from agricultural commodities during a calendar year” after “dairy products”.

This bill amends the definition of “farm” in title 7 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1,

subchapter I, section 2, subsection (e) to include only farmland that has or could have the
