serve

Bands
deserve
the
subsidy.
If the
Colonial
Councii
had
retained
the
Military Music
Fund
as
a
separate
fund
we
would
have
had
it
to pay the Bands,
bat it
was
transferred
to
thhe
Reserve
Fund.
At
present
we
have

investedin Bornds and
Rual

the

of which
would
be
suficient
to
take
care
of this
amount.
