Bill No. 36-0050 is amended as follows: 
(a) 
Internal section 532 as follows: 
(1) 
on page 3, line 9, paragraph (2), by inserting “educational” before 
“institution”; 
(2) 
on page 3, paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end of the paragraph 
and inserting “, or as applicable, a person who retains the license of certified 
independent social worker in accordance with § 536(b).”; 
(3) 
on page 3, by striking the period at the end of subsection (d) and adding “, 
or as applicable, a person who retains the license of certified independent social 
worker in accordance with § 536(b).”; 
(b)

and after “persons” by inserting “consulting with the social worker in a 
professional capacity or their personal representative”; 
(B) paragraph (1), line 2, by striking “with the consent of”; and by 
striking “another” and inserting “other”; 
(C) paragraph (2), line 4, by striking “licensed” where it first appears; 
(D) paragraph (3) is amended as follows:
