hereby nominate Mr. Winston M.A. Williams, Jr., who is a licensed general contractor, to serve as a member

of the Virgin Islands Board of Contractors, Trades, and Crafts representing the island of St. Thomas. He ts



also a construction executive with over 30 years of experience.



Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the

Virgin Islands on the nomination of Mr. Winston M. A. Williams, Jr. A copy of his resume is enclosed for
