Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Act No. 8951, subsection (a) is amended by striking “2025” and inserting

“2026” and striking “2026” and inserting “2027”.

This bill amends Act No. 8951 by extending, by one year, the disbursement dates of the

funds appropriated from the Community Facilities Trust Account to the Department of Sports,

Parks, and Recreation, for the construction of an equestrian training facility in Estate Body

Slob, St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
