a fuel storage facility consisting of a maintenance/storage building, and a parking/truck storage

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, subsection 
2 
(a), a zoning use variance from the C (Commercial) zoning designation is granted for Parcel 
3 
No. 17D-1 Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2, Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, 
4 
consisting of approximately 1.0012 U.S. acres, as shown on PWD No. D9-4352-T88, to house 
5 
a fuel storage facility consisting of a maintenance/storage building, and a parking/truck storage 
6 
containment structure with the condition of a 100 foot setback from any residential structures.

All other requirements of the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation continue to 
8 
apply to the property.
