General Comment: The laboratory is to use the latest CLP-SOW for the VOA analyses: OLM01.7 (3/90 plus revisions) It was brought to my attention by the prime contractor that the laboratory, ENSECO East of Somerset NJ, is contracted through the CLP for OLMOl.l.l. Even though the latest revision of the SOW is OLM01.7, we will accept OLMOl.l.l for this project. The differences between the two revisions are not analytically significant. 6.4 Sample Shipment Procedures, page 6-4: 1. Use nylon strapping tape to seal the cooler closed during shipment to the laboratory. 2. All samples are to be shipped daily to the laboratory via an overnight courier. 9.1 Data Validation/ page 9-1: 1. All of the VOA data must be validated according to the Region II Data Validation SOP No. HW-6, revision 7, dated 3/90. 2.
