RE: Extension of deadline to submit first Data Call Relating to Hurricanes Irma and Maria

Insurance Claims



As you are aware, Bulletin 2017-09 dated November 9, 2017 was issued by the

Honorable Lieutenant Governor Osbert E. Potter, in his capacity as Commissioner of Insurance

to provide notification and guidance on reporting requirements relating to the impact of

Hurricanes Irma and Maria on the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands.



As many of the insurance companies were unable to submit the requested information

due to a glitch in accessing the email, the deadline to submit the requested Data Call report has

been extended from Friday, November 17, 2017 to Tuesday, November 21, 2017. We apologize

for any inconvenience this may have caused.



Please contact the Division immediately if your company (or group) is unable to comply

with the requirements of this data call.
