ORDER



WHEREAS, on May 23, 2014, the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation (hereinafter

“VITELCO”) submitted an Interconnection Agreement between VITELCO d/b/a Innovative Telephone

and Vitelcom Cellular, Inc. d/b/a Innovative Wireless; and



WHEREAS, the parties entered into this Agreement to interconnect their facilities and exchange

traffic; and



WHEREAS, on June 13, 2014, the Commission received a report and recommendations from its

Technical Consultant, Georgetown Consulting Group; and



WHEREAS, on June 23, 2014, the Commission met in regular session at its both offices on St.

Croix and St. Thomas; and



WHEREAS, at the Commission meeting the Technical Consultant stated that the proposed

interconnection agreement met federal and territorial requirements, and no party offered any testimony in

opposition to the proposed interconnection agreement; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to APPROVE the

Interconnection Agreement between VITELCO d/b/a Innovative Telephone and Vitelcom Cellular, Inc.

d/b/a Innovative Wireless; and



NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, that Interconnection Agreement between

VITELCO d/b/a Innovative Telephone and Vitelcom Cellular, Inc. is APPROVED.
