Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the

Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands is amended by

changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 3J-1A Estate Mariendahl, No. 4 Red Hook 
4 
Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 10, 921 sq. ft., as more fully 
5 
shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-6791-T2000, which map is also known as OLG Drawing No. 
6 
D9-6791-T000, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-

Secondary/Neighborhood).
