whiskey,
containing
wood
aleohol
apears
to be spreacing
in
the
U.
S.
During the first
six
months
of
the
year 45 fatalities
were
reported
in
New
York, 28 in New Jersey,
15 in
Pensylva-
nia, sin Texas,
and
so
on.
In Pensylva-
nia
wood
alecohol
killed
61 persons
last
year.
It has
also been
reported
that
no
less
than
22
drinkers
of this poisonous
stuff got blinded during the
six
month’s
period.
