A new law has just been signed about the lepers in Iceland. A special 
hospital, a gift from the Danish branch of the Independent ( )rder of 
Odd Fellows, was built in Copenhagen last winter, and it is now on its 
way to Reykjavik, Iceland, where it is going to be opened on July 24, 
1898.
