Dear Ms. Kwan:
Pursuant to paragraph 57 of the above-referenced order, my
client is required to produce its final report of the work
performed at the site on or before April 14, 1995. However, I have
been informed by IT Corporation tMc tr.^ results of the analysis of
the soil samples taken of 0'Henry v;!.'. 1 HOT. be available until April
8, 1995.
For this reason we request an additional 30 days to produce
the report.
Pursuant to the terms of the Order, all modifications must be.
in writing and signed by the agency. If the instant request is
acceptable, please return the letter signed by yourself, at your
earliest convenience.
