RE: FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE UNAUTHORIZED

(SURPLUS LINES) INSURERS IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS



On July 7, 2023, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking, Insurance, and

Financial Regulation issued Bulletin 2023-01 which provided a current listing of eligible

surplus lines insurers pursuant to Section 659, Title 22 of the Virgin Islands Code.



The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletin 2023-01 to include the following companyies:



General Security Indemnity Company of Arizona

Interstate Fire & Casualty Company

National Fire & Marine Insurance Company

Prime Insurance Company



All other information in Bulletin 2023-01 remains in effect until further notice.
