House Sitter Discovers Burglary at St. John Residence  
St. John, USVI - On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at approximately 2:26 p.m., detectives 
were notified of a burglary that occurred at Quacco Zimmerman, St. John, V.I. 
On Monday, January 9, 2023, at an unknown time, a house sitter locked and secured the 
residence. On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the house sitter 
returned to the residence and discovered the break in, with an unknown number of items 
missing from the residence. 
This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Anyone with
