Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is

appropriated out of any available funds in the Taxi License Fund to the Virgin Islands Taxicab

Commission for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill provides for a $276,383 appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving

Islands Taxicab Commission from the Taxi Revolving Fund, for the fiscal year ending

September 30, 2024.
