RE: DPNR Application No. CCZP0020-25: St. Thomas Federal Credit Union requesting a 
rezoning from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-1 (Business-Central Business 
District) for Parcel No. 100-1C Estate Taarneberg, Kings Quarter, St. Thomas.  The 
purpose of the request is to develop STTFCU Operational Facility with drive thru service, 
ATMs, Walk-in Services, and Conference Center (Banks & Other Financial 
Institutions/Credit Services (Other than Banks)/ Drive-In Establishments- Banks).
