Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 16 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, subchapter I, section 345 is

amended by adding subsection (f) to read as follows:

(f) 
Any parent who fails to provide the financial information necessary to compute the 
4 
child support amount provided for in subsection (c), shall pay a minimum default monthly child 
5 
support of not less than $1000 for the first child and $150 for each additional child.
