Q.  Can VIDE provide utility as built plans for facilities? 
 
A. VIDE does not have as built plans other than those provided in the bid 
package for the facilities showing the actual utility locations. Bidders are 
required to visit the sites and identify the closest required utility connection 
point to the respective modular installation location. 
 
 Q. Will repairs to the office modular be required after joining sections? 
 
 A. Bidders modular installation cost shall include all flashing and mating of 
office sections for the Fixed Asset and Information Technology modular 
offices to ensure a complete and watertight installation. 
 
 Q. Will skirting be required at the base of the installed modular.? 
 
 A. Yes, skirting will be required at the base of the installed modular. 
 
 
                All other terms and conditions remain the same.
