Your application for the above-referenced CZM permit has been reviewed and found to be 
COMPLETE. However, please note that your application package being deemed complete 
does not mean that the information submitted is sufficient to adequately address the 
environmental issues outlined in the CZM application. 
After the internal and outside agency review of the EAR and the drawings are completed, a 
public hearing will be scheduled within 60 days. 
Please be advised that following this determination of completeness, if the information is 
found to be inadequate or insufficient for staff to analyze and evaluate the impacts of the 
proposed development, the applicant will be notified and asked to supplement the 
application. No supplemental information will be accepted later than ten (10) working days 
before the scheduled public hearing. If you fail to submit the requested information, staff 
will be unable to submit a favorable recommendation to the Committee.
