Request for USEPA Comments on the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), Tutu
Service Station Investigation, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Dear Caroline:
Geraghty & Miller has submitted the above-referenced QAPP dated March 20, 1992 to
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The March 1992 QAPP incorporated the
USEPA comments on the October 1991 version of the QAPP.
In accordance with Section VII. Item 1.A.10. on Page 15 of the Administrative Order
(Index No. U-RCRA-7003 and 9003-92-0401), the "EPA shall provide written comments to
Respondents on the QAPP". Since the site investigation will begin on June 1, 1991, Geraghty
& Miller requests that the USEPA provide written comments or approval of the March 1992
QAPP prior to June 1 so that proper arrangements with the analytical laboratory can be
coordinated.
If the March 1992 QAPP is acceptable to the USEPA, Geraghty & Miller will circulate
a copy of the signature page for the QAPP for the signatures by Geraghty & Miller, Enseco, and
USEPA representatives.
