Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary for operating

expenses, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the General Fund of the Treasury 
3 
of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical 
4 
Services Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
