Soe Nee” Nee” ORDER WHEREAS, on September 15, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter the “Commission” or “PSC”) received a written correspondence from St. Croix Cable TV d/b/a as Innovative Cable TV St. Croix (hereinafter “Innovative Cable TV St. Croix) and St. Thomas-St. John Cable TV d/b/a as Innovative Cable TV St. Thomas-St. John (hereinafter “Innovative Cable TV St. Thomas-St. John) inquiring about the expiration of the current franchise agreement on December 15, 2015; and WHEREAS, on December 19, 2014, the Commission received an Application for the renewal of cable television franchises of Innovative Cable TV St. Croix and St. Thomas-St. John; and WHEREAS, on April 23, 2015, the Commission’s technical consultant, Georgetown Consulting Group, Inc. (hereinafter “GCG”) submitted its Report and Recommendations for the Petition of Innovative Cable TV St. Croix and St. Thomas-St. John for the renewal of the cable franchises for dockets 642 and 647; and WHEREAS, on May 26, 2015, the PSC held a duly noticed public hearing to receive comments from interested members of the public concerning the renewal of these franchises; and WHEREAS, on June 7, 2015, after the public hearing, GCG submitted an updated Report and Recommendations for the Petition of Innovative Cable TV St. Croix and St. Thomas- St. John for renewal of franchises for dockets 642 and 647; and WHEREAS, on June 29, 2015, the Commission met in regular session at both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and
