UVI Board of Trustees 
Board Goals 2020-2021 
 
1. Assist with filling Board vacancies by providing information or 
names and recommendations for forwarding to the President 
(Governance Committee) 
 
2. All Trustees commit to contributing to the Capital Campaign 
(Development Committee) 
 
3. All Trustees should attend at least one Fundraising event  
 
4. All trustees should attend at least one athletic event or student 
orientation activity
