Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a

zoning use variance from the R-4 (Residential – Medium Density) zoning designation is granted 
3 
for Plot Nos. 19 and 20 Prince Street, Frederiksted Town St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting 
4 
of approximately 9,625 sq. ft as described on Measure Brief Folio No. 229 to allow for a 
5 
building contractors office, shops and yards on the condition that all construction manufacturing 
6 
of building components must occur at construction sites.  All the other requirements of the R-4 
7 
(Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.

This bill grants a zoning use variance for Plot Nos. 19 and 20 Prince Street, Frederiksted

Town St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 9,625 sq. ft as described on Measure

Brief Folio No. 229 to allow for a building contractors office, shops and yards with the condition

that construction manufacturing of building components are to occur at construction sites.  All

the other requirements of the R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation continue 
14 
to apply to the property.
