ACTION TAKEN:  Approved Institutional Risk List 
The Board received a report on the ten new risks identified by the Administration.   
President Hall provided a brief summary of his presentation to include the types of Risk, 
the Risk Analysis & Evaluation as well as the Risk Management Process.  He also 
reported on the Risks that were identified as high level risks.  After the presentation, the 
Board unanimously voted in favor of approving the ten new risks as presented by the 
Administration.
