Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the

Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands is amended by 
3 
changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 8-E Estate Mount Pleasant, Prince Quarter, St. 
4 
Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.258 U.S. acres, as more fully shown on 
5 
OLG Drawing No. D9-6870-C024, dated February 26, 2024, from R-2 (Residential-Low 
6 
Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) and Remainder Plot No. 8 of Estate 
7 
Mount Pleasant, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.377

U.S. acres, as more fully shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-6870-C024, dated February 26,
