in order
to take
up work
corres-

the
duties
of
an
Attorney-
General
{¢r the Virgin islands.
His
resignation
has
been
accepted
by
Governor
Oman
to
take effect
May
Ist,
1920.
He will be temporarily appointed
as
Government
Attorney for the
two
Muni-
cipalities
and
in
addition
to such
duties
will devote
his attention
to the cstablish-
ment of an office of Attorney-General.
The
Government
deems
it necessary

now
confront
it.
