Last Call to Register for the Women of Resilience Conference ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands — Business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals across the Virgin Islands are encouraged to attend the Second Annual Women of Resilience Conference, happening on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Eldridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center at UVI. This all-day conference offers powerful networking opportunities, dynamic presentations, and meaningful discussions aimed at both personal and professional development. Hosted by Janette Millin Young of Notable Events by Janette, the Women of Resilience Conference is regarded as the premier professional development event of the summer. The day-long program, running from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., includes breakfast, lunch, dynamic presenters, beautifully curated swag bags, and access to a wide range of exhibitors. “This marks my 12th women's empowerment conference,” Millin Young said. “As someone who has organized dozens of professional conferences, forums, and leadership gatherings, I understand the power of shared experiences and building strong networks. Men are welcome because they are our partners in life, and to achieve balance, we must learn from each other.” This year’s conference introduces the first-ever Men’s Panel, featuring candid discussions on women’s inclusion in the workplace and the home. Cuteill Young, now a health and agriculture advocate; and Scott Barber, entrepreneur and Chamber of Commerce board member. The panel will be moderated by Millin Young.
