As discussed in your April 5, 1994 telephone conversation with Thomas Danahy, we
understand that a new Designated Coordinator (DeMaximus) for the Tutu Environmental
Investigation Committee (TEIC) has been selected and will soon be under contract and formally
appointed. 
Be assured that Geraghty & Miller, Inc. will provide our continued support to
facilitate a smooth transition.

As you requested, Geraghty & Miller has listed below documents that will assist
DeMaximus in becoming familiar with the project. We believe several of these documents are
available in your files. If not, we have enclosed copies for your information. We will provide

(Phase I) Work Plan (March 1992) and Technical Memoranda I and II.
LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
Due to the large number of property owners, consultants, attorneys, and regulators
involved, we are prepared to provide a contact list to DeMaximus. In addition, we present
below a few questions that may require coordination with DeMaximus, Esso Standard Oil, and
Texaco Inc.
1) Should invoices continue to be sent to Texaco and Esso for payment?
2) Will DeMaximus give direction to Geraghty & Miller on behalf of Texaco and Esso?
