My dear Mr. President: 
I want to add my word of encouragement to the 
many I know you are receiving in support of your 
efforts to restore prayer to the schools of America . 
At a time when the world is in economic and 
political turmoil, and crimes of violence have become 
almost corrnnonplace, people are in greater need of faith 
and prayer than they have ever been. 
I am encouraging my fellow Virgin Islanders to join 
with me in expressing their hopes for your success in 
this undertaking .
