VIDHS announces closure of Head Start classrooms 
on STT due to weather conditions 
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS - The Virgin Islands Department of Human Services (VIDHS), Office 
of Head Start is notifying parents and guardians of the closure of all Head Start 
classrooms this Wednesday, on the island of St. Thomas due to the effects of 
inclement weather.  Heavy Thunderstorms and excessive rain have been reported. 
VIDHS will continue to monitor weather conditions and reports and will provide 
further updates regarding Head Start Classrooms operations. 
The VI Department of Human Services apologizes for any inconvenience.
