We understand that Director Adrienne L. Williams-Octalien will be unable to attend and are saddened by her absence, particularly given that this hearing will address a project that has been in recovery for over fourteen years. The Paul E. Joseph Stadium initiative remains a matter of great public interest and legislative concern, and the Director's input is viewed as both valuable and necessary. We respectfully request that the Office consider submitting a formal Letter of Absence to be entered into the official record.
