An Act providing an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Virgin 
Islands Waste Management Authority, Office of the Governor, the Virgin Islands Department 
of Education, the Virgin Islands Police Department, the Virgin Islands Department of Public 
Works, the Virgin Islands Department of Agriculture, the Virgin Islands Department of Sports, 
Parks and Recreation, and the Virgin Islands Department of Tourism during the fiscal year 
October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as 
2 
may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year October 1, 2024 through September 30, 
3 
2025 from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department 
4 
of Tourism for its operating expenses including personnel, fringe, maintenance, supplies, 
5 
utilities, equipment and other related purposes.

SECTION 3.  Pursuant to Title 33, Virgin Islands Code subtitle 1, chapter 3, section 54

the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year

Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Education for Interscholastic Competition,

the Agriculture Revolving Fund established pursuant to title 33, Virgin Islands Code, subtitle

3, chapter 111, Section 3018 of the Virgin Islands Code and the Virgin Islands Department of
