Potter, by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 2 use variance from the R-2 (Residential Low Density – One and Two Family) zoning designation 3 is granted for Plot No. 104 Estate Concordia, Westend Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 4 approximately 0.256 U.S. acres, as described on O.L.G. Drawing No. 3266, to allow for the 5 construction and operation of a beauty salon.
