Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding 32 V.I.C. § 246(a)(11) or any other law, the sum of

$950,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2023, 
3 
through September 30, 2024, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the 
4 
Government of the Virgin Islands.

This bill provides for a $950,000 appropriation from the Virgin Islands Lottery as a

contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for

the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
