The Department of Planning and Natural Resources has received an application for a 
wireless facility and wireless support structure at Plot No. 6 Estate Petronella, East End 
Quarter “B” and in accordance with the Wireless Facility and Wireless Support Structure 
Rules and Regulations, Title 29, Chapter 5, Subchapter 312 (b), a public hearing will be 
held.  All persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments or 
testimony on the proposal.

ZAC-23-5: Z Property VI, LLC requesting a rezoning from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) 
to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) for Plot Nos. 7A, 7B, and 8B Hospital Street, Town of 
Christiansted, St. Croix.  The purpose of the request is to return the property to its previous 
use, with construction of a hotel and rebuilding of the dock/marina component.
