ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS  
AVAILABLE FOR 2022 GENERAL ELECTION 
 
Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, reminds the public that Absentee Applications are available for the 
2022 General Election scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2022.   
 
Please be reminded, you must apply by Tuesday, October 11, 2022, for any Absentee Ballot that must be mailed. 
This requirement is mandated to coordinate the timely delivery of your ballot with the United States Postal 
System. Application forms are available at the Elections System website- www.vivote.gov or any Elections 
System offices.  
 
All completed Absentee Ballot application forms should be EMAILED to the following:
